Interior design and construction in collaboration with Gianluigi Roman Design

A long work that sees us engaged in the architectural design of the environment as early as the beginning of 2022 and which we concluded a few weeks ago. It is a single villa on three floors that needed a total renovation work, starting from the removal of the Eternit on the roof and the remaking of the roof, arrangement of the systems and creation of new living environments. The mezzanine floor has been completely transformed into an open space, with the addition of a new bathroom against the staircase and which also closes off the access to the tavern with a hallway. The upper floor, on the other hand, has been modified to add a third bedroom for study use. The floors have been completely redone using a bamboo parquet which also covers the staircase and gives a pleasant sensation of warmth and intimacy, very reminiscent of the Scandinavian style. The bathrooms, in the end, feature two walls covered with colored tiles that form the background for the two showers. We then re-proposed the bluette tiles in a version with a speckled finish as a backsplash in the kitchen, combined with a white quartz worktop and a bamboo peninsula.
