Color and furnishing consultancy for a two-room apartment on two floors
After being rented for a few years, this small two-room apartment needed a restyling that changed the scale and furnishings, without exceeding the budget. Based on the owners' tastes, we created a vibrant and youthful color palette, but maintaining a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is, in fact, the focal point of the living area, with an ultramarine blue enamel back wall, a perfect contrast to the anthracite gray and wood kitchen. The blue color is also visible from the living room, the latter however maintains more sober tones and creates a rest space that leads upstairs, where the bedroom is located. Here the wooden roof has been whitened, making the space visually larger and taller, as well as brighter. The bed area is located near the staircase, where the parapet has been eliminated and replaced with a wall to create a walk-in closet hidden by two mirrored doors.
